Aurora Jewellers collects only the information needed to serve you: your name, contact details, addresses and order history. We are DPDP-compliant.

KYC documents collected for scheme enrolment or high-value purchases are stored encrypted and never shared except as required by law.
We never sell your data. Transactional SMS/email are sent only for your orders, instalments and rate alerts you opt into.
You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to care@aurorajewellers.example.
