Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of quality check.
Made-to-order and personalised pieces (engraving, custom sizes beyond standard) are exchange-only.
Lifetime exchange: upgrade any Aurora Jewellers piece at the prevailing metal rate; making charges of the old piece are adjusted per the exchange policy shown on your invoice.
